The Precise ECM technology puts forward a new solution for the small to medium serial production in metal machining requiring high precision with demanding geometrical shapes. The classic sinker erosion method is often too expensive as it is too time consuming, this is where Precise ECM comes into its own. However, it cannot replace sinker EDM in all instances but is complementary. Yet it provides a clearly more economical solution for the «right» work piece.
